Narrative: I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
ON 06/17/2017 AT 6:27 DEPUTY NELSON WAS DISPATCHED FOR A ON VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON STH 77 NEAR OLSON RD. DEPUTY NELSON ARRIVED ONSCENE AT 6:33. DEPUTY NELSON OBSERVED A VEHICLE PARKED ON OLSEN ROAD JUST OFF STH 77. DEPUTY NELSON MADE CONTACT WITH
THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE HOW ADVISED THAT SHE HAD FELL A SLEEP WHILE DRIVING. YANG ADVISED THAT SHE WENT OFF THE STH 77 INTO
THE DITCH ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE RD. HER VEHICLE WENT THROUGH THE DITCH AND STRUCK A NO PASSING SIGN. DEPUTY NELSON
LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE AND OBSERVED THAT THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE AND DAMAGE TO THE WINDSHIELD.
DUE TO THE DAMAGE TO THE WINDSHIELD THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. YANG HAD ALREADY CONTACTED HER INSURANCE AND A TOW
TRUCK WAS ENROUTE TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE. DEPUTY NELSON TOOK DOWN YANG INFO AND CLEARED FROM THE CALL.
