ON JUNE 7, 2017, I, DEPUTY AMBER AL-MOGHRABI WAS WORKING PATROL FOR THE SAWYER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT. AT APPROXIMATELY 13:09 I WAS DISPATCHED TO STATE HWY 70 AND HOFFMAN ROAD FOR A MOTORCYCLE VERSUS A DEER ACCIDENT. UPON ARRIVAL HAYWARD
AMBULANCE UNIT 1 WAS ALREADY ON SCENE TAKING CARE OF THE MALE PATIENT. I ADVISED DISPATCH THE LICENSE PLATE ON THE
MOTORCYCLE. THEY STATED IT CAME BACK TO A MICHAEL AND JACQUELINE FUCHS. I ASKED THE AMBULANCE CREW IF I COULD SPEAK TO THE
MALE. HE PROVIDED ME WITH HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE WHICH I RAN THROUGH DISPATCH. THE DRIVER WAS MICHAEL FUCHS WHO CAME BACK
WITH A VALID MOTORCYCLE LICENSE. MICHAEL ADVISED ME THAT HIS WIFE WAS ALSO ON THE MOTORCYCLE WITH HIM, BUT SHE GOT PICKED UP
BY A PASSING A VEHICLE AND WAS TAKEN TO MARSHFIELD HOSPITAL IN RICE LAKE, WI. HE STATED THAT HER WOUNDS WERE WORSE THAN HIS SO SHE NEEDED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL RIGHT AWAY. HE STATED THEY WERE HEADED WESTBOUND ON STATE HWY 70 WHEN ARE DEER RAN
OUT INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. HE STATED HE HAD HIT THE DEER WITH HIS MOTORCYLE AND THEY SKIDDED ALONG THE PAVEMENT.
MICHAEL STATE HE HAD SOME ROAD RASH ON HIS HANDS AND KNEES AND THAT HIS WIFE HAD SOME SCRATCHES AND BUMPS TOO. WHEN
DEPUTY FREY ARRIVED ON SCENE I ASKED HIM TO LOOK FOR THE DEER AND PROVIDE TRAFFIC CONTROL, WHILE I TOOK PICTURES OF THE
MOTORCYCLE. HE STATED HE WOULD, BUT WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE DEER. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND NOTICED MINOR

FRIENDS WILL BE COMING TO PICK KUP THE MOTORCYCLE AND ASKED THAT I COULD STAY WITH IT UNTIL HE GOT THERE. I STATED I WOULD. AT APPROXIMATELY 14:30 MICHAELS FRIEND ARRIVED ON SCENE AND REMOVED THE MOTORCYCLE. HE STATED HE WOULD BE TAKING IT BACK TO
