ON APRIL 8, 2017 I WAS WORKING PATROL FOR THE SAWYER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT. AT APPROXIMATELY 10:41 I WAS DISPATCHED TO COUNTY ROAD OO A FEW MILES OFF OF STATE HWY 63 FOR A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT. DISPATCH ADVISED THERE WERE UNKNOWN INJURIES. UPON
ARRIVAL AT 10:51 I MET WITH HAYDEN MELL AND KENYON ERICKSON. KENYON STATED THAT THEY WERE RIDING THEIR MOTORCYCLES
SOUTHBOUND ON COUNTY ROAD OO TOWARDS STATE HWY 77 AND WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE HAYDEN LOST CONTROL OF HIS MOTORCYCLE
AND GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. KENYON STATED THAT WHILE HE WAS FOLLOWING HAYDEN HE NOTED HIM GOING APPROXIMATELY 70 MILES PER
HOUR AROUND THE CURVE AND THAT HAYDEN'S MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT MADE FOR THAT KIND OF DRIVING. KENYON STATED THAT HAYDEN WAS
ALSO WEARING A HELMET, WHICH I SAW LAYING NEXT TO HIM, BUT HE TOOK IT OFF AFTER THE ACCIDENT. I THEN SPOKE TO HAYDEN. HE STATED HE WAS UNCONCIOUS AND JUST WOKE UP. HE STATED THAT HIS RIGHT HAND WAS HURTING AND THAT HE BELIEVED IT WAS BROKEN.
HE WAS UNSURE OF ANY OTHER INJURIES. HAYDEN INFORMED ME THAT HE DOES NOT REALLY REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS UNSURE
WHERE WE WERE, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHO THE CURRENT PRESIDENT WAS. NEITHER MEN HAD THEIR MOTORCYCLE LICENSES, BUT
THEY WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH THEIR PERMITS. AT THIS TIME EMS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND PROVIDED CARE TO HAYDEN. WE ASKED
KENYON TO CALL HAYDEN'S PARENTS, WHICH HE DID AND TOLD HIM THAT ROADRUNNER TOWING WOULD BE TAKING THE MOTORCYCLE. THERE

WAS MINOR NOTICEABLE DAMAGE TO THE MOTORCYCLE. THE HANDLEBARS WERE BENT AND THE WINDSHIELD APPEARED TO BE BROKEN.
HAYDEN WAS TRANSPORTED TO HAYWARD AREA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND ROADRUNNER TOWING REMOVED THE MOTORCYCLE. I TOOK
PICTURES OF THE ACCIDENT AND ENTERED THEM INTO EVIDENCE. I CLEARED FROM THE SCENE AT 11:58.
