ON JANUARY 20, 2017, I DEPUTY RYAN SCHICK WITH THE SAWYER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT WAS ON PATROL. I WAS IN A MARKED SQUAD CAR DRESSED IN UNIFORM. I WAS SITTING ON PENINSULA RD WHEN AT 21:33, DISPATCH ASKED ME TO RESPOND TO STH 70 WEST OF CTH B FOR A
SINGLE VEHICLE ROLLOVER. DISPATCH ADVISED A PASSERBY STATED THE MALE APPEARED TO BE OKAY WITH LITTLE TO NO INJURIES. I COPIED
DISPATCH AND ADVISED I WAS EN ROUTE AT 21:34. I ADVISED DISPATCH IT WOULD TAKE ME A WHILE AS THE ROADS WERE COVERED WITH BLACK
ICE. DISPATCH THEN PAGED WINTER FIRE AND AN EMS UNIT FROM SAWYER COUNTY TO RESPOND TO THE SCENE. WHILE STILL EN ROUTE
DISPATCHED ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE AND MALE REGISTERED OWNER WERE NEGATIVE AND VALID, IF THE OPERATOR WAS THE OWNER. I
COPIED. I ASKED THE FIRE DEPT TO ASK THE OCCUPANT FOR A TOW PREFERENCE ONCE THEY WERE ON SCENE TO GET THEM STARTED, AND THEY STARTED ROADRUNNER TOW TOWARDS THE SCENE AS THE MALE HAD NO PREFERENCE. I ARRIVED ON SCENE AT 21:54. THE MALE WAS IN
BACK OF THE AMBULANCE WITH POSSIBLE BROKEN RIBS. NO ALCOHOL APPEARED TO BE A FACTOR NOR DRUGS. I ASKED FOR HIS INFORMATION,
AND HE WAS IN FACT THE REGISTERED OWNER. THE EMS UNIT THEN CLEARED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER GATHERING THE PROPER
INFORMATION. I WENT BACK TO THE PICKUP AND PHOTOGRAPHED THE SCENE AND ADVISED DISPATCH THE REGISTERED OWNER WAS THE
DRIVER. AFTER TAKING PHOTOS THE TOW ARRIVED ON SCENE AND REMOVED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO ROADRUNNER'S TOW
