Description
Narrative: I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
I DEPUTY MATTHEW JEFSON OF THE SAWYER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WAS DISPATCHED TO A TRUCKED THAT HAD ROLLED OVER ON STH 77 NEAR HATCHERY RD. THE CALLER STATED THAT THERE WAS NOONE AROUND THE VEHICLE. WHILE EN ROUTE TO THE CRASH DISPATCH
ADVISED THAT THE DRIVER WHO IS THE OWNER WAS ON HIS WAY BACK TO THE CRASH. I MET WITH THE DRIVER WHO STATED THAT HE WAS
GOING ABOUT 40MPH DOWN THE HILL. HE STATED THAT HE HAD THE TRUCK IN FOUR WHEEL DRIVE DUE TO THE WEATHER. HE STATED THAT HE
GOT SUCKED OVER BY THE SLUSH IN THE CENTER OF THE ROAD AND COULDNT GET THE VEHICLE UNDER CONTROL AND HIT THE DITCH AND
ROLLED THE VEHICLE. THERE WAS ALOT OF SLUSH AND ICE ON THE ROADWAY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND THERE WAS EXTENSIVE DAMAGE
TO THE VEHICLE. ROADRUNNER THEN REMOVED THE VEHICLE AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO THERE YARD. I THEN CLEARED.
