ON SEPT 29, 2017, I, DEPUTY AMBER AL-MOGHRABI WAS WORKING PATROL FOR THE SAWYER COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT. AT APPROXIMATELY 7:04, I WAS DISPATCHED TO A 1 VEHICLE ROLLOVER ON STATE HIGHWAY 77 BETWEEN ROUND LAKE SCHOOL ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD K. UPON
ARRIVAL JUST WEST OF ROUND LAKE SCHOOL ROAD, I NOTICED A VEHICLE IN THE DITCH A MALE STANDING OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. I RAN HIS
LICENSE PLATE THROUGH DISPATCH WHICH CAME BACK TO STERLING VILLEBRUN. I ASKED THE MALE IF THAT WAS HIM AND HE STATED IT WAS.
I THEN ASKED DISPATCH TO RUN HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE WHICH CAME BACK VALID. I ASKED STERLING IF HE WAS OK OR IF HE WANTED TO BE
LOOKED AT BY EMT'S. HE STATED HE WAS FINE AND DID NOT NEED TO SEE ANYONE. STERLING STATED THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO WORK
AND AS HE WAS COMING AROUND THE CURVE ON STATE HWY 77 TRAVELING WESTBOUND HE HIT THE DITCH ON THE NORTH SIDE AND TRIED TO CORRECT IT. HE OVER CORRECTED AND STARTED TO FISH TAIL INTO THE OTHER LANE. HE SAID HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND IT
ROLLED. WHEN I ASKED IF HE WAS DISTRACTED, STERLING STATED THAT HE WAS REACHING IN HIS LUNCHBOX IN THE PASSENGER SEAT TRYING
TO GRAB SOMETHING WHEN HE HIT THE DITCH. STERLING STATED HE WAS GOING BETWEEN 50 AND 55 MILES PER HOUR AND HE WAS WEARING
HIS SEATBELT. HE STATED THAT HE HAD NOT BEEN DRINKING OR HAD DONE DRUGS AND THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE ON THE VEHICLE.
HE ASKED IF ONE OF THE DEPUTIES COULD GIVE HIM A RIDE HOME SO HE CAN GO CHANGE FOR WORK AND THEN HE WOULD HAVE A FRIEND

PICK HIM UP FROM THERE. I ASKED DEPUTY JEFSON IF HE WOULD DRIVE STERLING HOME. I ASKED DISPATCH TO SEND A-1 TOWING TO MY
LOCATION AS THAT IS WHO STERLING PREFERRED. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE VEHICLE WHICH HAD DAMAGE ALL OVER AND APPEARED TO BE
TOTALED. A-1 TOWING ARRIVED ON SCENE AND REMOVED THE VEHICLE. I CLEARED THE CALL AT 7:26 AND ENTERED THE PICTURES INTO EVIDENCE AS ITEM NUMBER 1700694-0001. THIS IS ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE AT THIS TIME.
