I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
ON NOVEMBER 22ND, 2020, I, DEPUTY REED WAS WORKING PATROL AND PARKED STATIONARY ON CTH A A COUPLE MILES NORTH OF CHIEF LAKE ROAD, I
OBSERVED A DARK COLORED BLUE JEEP DRIVE BY ME GOING VERY SLOW DUE TO THE SNOW AND ICE COVERED ROADS. SEVERAL MINUTES LATER, I
BEGAN TO TRAVEL S/B ON CTH A AND CAME UPON THE VEHICLE ROLLED OVER. MY SQUAD CAR BEGAN TO SLOWLY SLIDE A BIT AS I APPROACHED THE
VEHICLE. I MADE CONTACT WITH THE DRIVER WHO WAS UNINJURED AND OUT WALKING AROUND, THE DRIVER WAS IDENTIFED AS MR.
ADVISED HE HAD A TOW EN ROUTE. I AND ANOTHER DEPUTY DID TRAFFIC CONTROL WHILE THE TOW REMOVED THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAD
DISABLING DAMAGE. I FOUND THAT MR. HAD A SUSPENDED DRIVER'S LICENSE AND NO INSURANCE. I DID NOT CITE MR. FOR EITHER
OFFENSE AT THAT TIME BECAUSE MY SQUAD PRINTER WAS NOT WORKING AND MR. IS HOMELESS LIVING OUT OF HIS CAR AND THERE WAS
NOWHERE TO MAIL A CITATION TO. NO FURTHER INFORMATION.
