Description
I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
THE OPERATOR OF THE VEHICLE WAS GOING STRAIGHT ON HIGH WAY 27/70 WHEN THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM PUT ON THERE TURN SIGNAL AT THE
LAST MINUTE. THE OPERATOR OF THE PICK UP TRUCK SLAMMED ON HIS BRAKES AND SLID INTO THE GUARDRAIL ON THE BRIDGE WITH THE FRONT OF THE
PICK-UP AND THEN SPUN AND HIT THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR QUARTER PANEL. WHEN I ASKED THE DRIVER HOW THE REAR QUARTER PANEL GOT DAMAGED
HE STATED HE DID NOT KNOW AS IT HAPPENED SO FAST. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE BRIDGE. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO MOVED BY THE TIME I ARRIVED
ON SCENE. THE DRIVER DID NOT HAVE ANY AUTO INSURANCE.
