Description
I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
UINIT 1 WAS PULLING A TRAILER WITH A MOTORCYCLE ON IT AND WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HWY 27. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 STATED HE FELL ASLEEP
AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY ON THE SOUTHBOUND SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. UNIT STRUCK SEVERAL SMALL TREES AND BRUSH. THE TRAILER UNIT 1 WAS
PULLING WAS DAMAGED AND THE STRAPS HOLDING THE MOTORCYCLE ON THE TRAILER BROKE SO THE MOTORCYCLE TIPPED OFF THE TRAILER AND WAS
RESTING ON ITS TOP CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE. THE TRUCK ALSO HAD SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE AND UNDERCARRIAGE. THE
DRIVER SAID THAT HE WAS NOT HURT AND REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT. ROADRUNNER TOWING WAS SENT TO REMOVE THE TRUCK, TRAILER, AND
MOTORCYCLE BECAUSE NONE WERE DRIVEABLE. THE INFORMATION FOR THE MOTORCYCLE WAS A 2013 HARLEY DAVIDSON 3 WHEELED MOTORCYCLE, WI
REGISTRATION 4264G VIN 1HD1MAM17DB856132 BLACK IN COLOR. THE REGISTERED OWNER OF THE MOTORCYCLE WAS THE SAME AS THE OWNER OF THE
TRUCK.
