I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
ON MAY 24, 2020 AT 1837, I, DEPUTY RYAN SCHICK OF THE SAWYER CO SHERIFF'S DEPT RESPONDED TO A ONE VEHICLE ROLLOVER ON CHIPPEWA TRAIL
EAST OF WHEELER RD. ONE FEMALE OCCUPANT AND DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS STILL ON SCENE AND HAD APPARENT MINOR INJURIES. I SPOKE TO THE
FEMALE ASKING WHAT OCCURRED AND SHE STATED SHE WAS TRAVELING WEST ON CHIPPEWA TRAIL RD WHEN A DEER RAN OUT IN FRONT OF HER
CAUSING HER TO SWERVE. THE DRIVER, STATED SHE OVER-CORRECTED THE PICKUP TRUCK AND ROLLED OVER, COMING TO A STOP ON THE
TIRE SIDE DOWN. WAS CHECKED OUT BY EMS BUT WAS NOT TRANSPORTED. STATED SHE HAD INSURANCE ON THE TRUCK AND IT
WAS TROUGH MAGNUSON INSURANCE COMPANY. THE VEHICLE WAS REMOVED DE TO DISABLING DAMAGE BY A1 TOWING OUT OF HAYWARD WI. PLEASE
REFER TO SWSO CASE: 20052425 FOR MORE DETAILS REGARDING THE CRASH.
