I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
ON AUGUST 23RD 2019 I DEPUTY JORSTAD WITH THE SAWYER COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS DISPATCHED TO THE AREA OF TURKEY TROT LANE
IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SAND LAKE FOR A VEHICLE IN THE DITCH. I ARRIVED ON SCENE AND OBSERVED A SILVER CAR IN THE DITCH. I NOTICED TIRE
MARKS ON THE ROADWAY AS I WAS APPROACHING THE SCENE. THE VEHICLE WAS UNOCCUPIED. I LATER FOUND OUT THE DRIVER, .
, HAD WALKED AWAY FROM THE CRASH AND GOT A RIDE FROM A RELATIVE. WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAD HAPPENED,
SAID HE LOST CONTROL.
