I, a sworn law enforcement officer, agree that I have not added any CJIS data in this report.
UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST/ NORTH ON HWY 27/70 FROM COUDERAY TOWARDS STONE LAKE. UNIT ONE LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE OPPOSITE
SIDE OF THE HWY AND STRUCK THE DITCH IN THE YARD AT 12439W HWY 27/70. UNIT ONE THEN WENT THROUGH SOME BRUSH AND STRUCK A
SMALL TRUCK ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE STATED SHE DID NOT KNOW
HOW IT HAPPENED AND THAT SHE REACHED OVER TO CHANGE THE RADIO STATION AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE DID NOT
APPEAR TO BE DRIVEABLE AND WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE.
