ON JANUARY 18TH, 2019, I, DEPUTY REED RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF A PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT. I MET WITH THE COMPLAINANT WHO
STATED HER VEHICLE LOST TRACTION ON THE ICY ROADWAY AND SHE HAD SLID OFF THE ROAD AND INTO A SPEED LIMIT SIGN. PHOTOS TAKEN
