Pg 96 . Parcel size is 100 ' /120 ' x 185 ' /248 ' containing . 53
acres . Property is zoned R-1 . Application is for : a 16 ' x
26 ' addition was constructed onto an existing dwelling at a
waterline setback of 27 feet from the normal highwater mark
of Round Lake. Variance is requested as Section 4 . 49 , Sawyer
County Zoning Ordinance , would require a waterline setback of
59 feet as the average waterline setback was determined at 59
feet ; and Section 4 . 49 prohibits construction within 40 feet
of the normal highwater mark of the lake . Town Board has
approved.

Findings of Fact : It is not the basis of economic gain or 1oss ;
It is not a self created hardship; There is no change in the use
in the zone district ; and it would not be damaging to the rights
