I have received a copy of the fill approval from the US Army
Corps of Engineers with respect to the proposed fill of the
above described real estate .
I wi11 issue a county Land Use Permit with the following
restrictions :
1 ) A berm adjacent to the open area leading to the lake
shall be placed to prevent any waste material , such as
muck , from entering the lake . This berm is to be at
an elevation higher than the proposed fill .
2 ) The depth of the fi11 shall not exceed 12 inches .
3 ) The area that has been cut around the low area shall
be back sloped and the fi11 should be placed with a
slight slope to the back side of the low area to
prevent future surface water drainage to the lake .
After completion of the fill , the berm on the lakeside may be altered
to allow for access to the 1ake . Please notify me if you have any
questions .
