This berm is to be at an elevation higher than the proposed fill . 2 ) The depth of the fi11 shall not exceed 12 inches . 3 ) The area that has been cut around the low area shall be back sloped and the fi11 should be placed with a slight slope to the back side of the low area to prevent future surface water drainage to the lake .
