Kretschmer et ux. A parcel in Govt Lot 1 S 35, T 41N, R 8W. Parcel : 1.2. WD Vol 244 Records Pg 112. Parcel size is 330'x 720' containing 5. 66 acres. Property is zoned RR-1 . Ap- plication is for the replacement of an existing boathouse, de- stroyed by a storm, with construction of a new 16'x 26' boathouse containing 416 square feet. Variance is requested as Section 4.49 (3) , Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, limits the size of a boathouse to 250 square feet. Town Soard has approved. The Board of Appeals approved the variance as submitted. Finding of Fact of the Board of Appeals: Because he cannot get all his storage in a smaller building; the existing boathouse was an eyesore . Zt is not for gain or loss; He has come down to the minimum size that he can use. Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of this decision within 30 days after the date of this notice.
