We will need to know if the privy you are installing is going to be a pit privy or a vault privy. If it is a vault privy you will need to submit a sanitary permit and you could fill out aud submit that yourself. If it will be a pit privy you will need a certified sofl test and a sanitary permit to be completed by a licensed plumber. I have enclosed the necessary forms and information that should help you. WITNESSETH,that the said Permitter,subject to and in compliance with the conditions hereinafter speciFied,hereby granu a permit to the Permittee to establish a recrea[ional camp to be used for hunting or recreational purposes on the following described land in Sawyer Counry,[o wit CF•CF nf Cor 3� T 37 N� S W Said permit is written for a term of five(5)years,commencing January 1,1997 and ending December 31,2001. This permit shall be validated each yeaz by sending a copy of the receipt showing that payment of personal property taxes has been made for the previous yeaz along with the annual fee for the current yeaz. 1'he annual fee shall be$125.00 and shall be paid by May 1 of the present year. If the annual fee is not paid to the Permitter by May 1,an additional fee of$10.00 will be assessed. If said amounts are not paid by December 31 of each yeaz during the term of this perntit,this permit automatically terminates and all rights of the Permittee hereunder forfeited. The cabins aze for occasional use only and cacmot be used as a residence. Renting the cabins for a fee to another individual wIll not be allowed. Upon cancellation of the permit,the owners of the cabin will have six(6)months ro remove the property from Sawyer Counry lands. It is hereby agreed that[he Pemuttee shall have the privilege of cutting such dead timber as is necessary to be used for firewood to heat the camp,but shall not cut any green timber or commit waste. This permit may be terminated at once by Permitter, if Permittee commits waste or damage on said properry. Permittee shall have fust option to renew said permit so long as the Permitter continues to allow recreational camps to be placed on property owned by said Permitter,providing however,that Permittee has in the yeus previous to the issuance of any new permit,complied fully with the[erms of the previous permit. This permit does not preclude the Permitter from establishing new provisions for any subsequent permit that might be issued by said Permitter. Further, it is hereby agreed tha[ Permittee shall use only such property as is necessary for a camp on the real estate hereinbefore described,and fiu�[her that said property shall be used for locating a camp thereon only.
