We are processing your Land Use Permit application for a new dwelling on your property
in Govt Lot 6, Sec 36, T 40N, R 9W, Parcc1 :6.5.
The permit is being held while your Sanitary Permit application is being processed. Thal
will not take vcry long. However, your Land Use Permit can only be issued if we are sure
that the building currently connected to a holding tank will not be used as a dwelling,
either a cabin, guesthouse, or rental unit. Your property is only large enough for one
dwelling (one in cach 100'x200'). Therefore, the existing building will have to be
converted to a garage or storage building once the new home is constructed.
