On August 15,2000,the Sawyer County Board of Appeals approved your variance on the fol-
lo�ving described real estate to wit:

500. 10.9 acres.Property is zoned Commercial One.Applicarion is for the place-
ment of a 16'x9' (144 sq. ft.)by 15'high advertising sign by the lessee:Fishing
hall of Fame,and at a setback distance of 100 feet from the nearest existin�sign.
Variance is requested as Section 5.23(2), Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance, re-
quires that signs of this class and type (Class E, Type 2) shall not exceed 12
square feet and shall be located a minimum of 300'from the nearest existing sign.
Town Board has approved.
The Board of Appeals approved the application submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Board of Appeals:There would be no change in the use in the zone dis-
trict.It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values.
Any person or persons jointly aggrieved by this decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legaliry of this decision�vithin
