direction of DOUG BECKMAN, the owner of the property, I have surveyed, divided and
mapped the land herein described, located in the 7own of Round Lake, Sawyer County,
Wisconsin.
That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, Township 41 North,
Range 7 West, described as Lot 1 as recorded in Volume 7 of Certified Suroey Maps,
Pages 128-129, Survey No. 1394, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a point on the south line of said Southwest 1/4 of the 5outhwest 1/4
distant 1147.90 feet east of the southwest corner thereof being the southwest
corner of said Survey No. 1394; thence on a bearing of North, along the west line of
said Survey No. 1394 a distance of 708.72 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot
1, in said Survey No. 1394 and the point of beginning; thence continuing North
along said west line 213.13 feet to an iron pipe on the meander line of McCiaine
Lake which is 40 feet +/- from the waters edge; ihence North 32 degrees 06
minutes 30 seconds East 305.08 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 32 degrees 46
minutes 30 seconds East 189.40 feet along said meander line to an iron pipe on the
north line of said Southwest 114 of the Southwest 114; thence South 87 degrees 21
minutes 30 seconds East along said north line 114.90 feet to an iron pipe at the
northeast corner of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence Souih along
the east line of said Lot 1, a distance of 464.00 feet to the southeast corner of said
Lot 1; thence South 54 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds West along the south line
