Dear Ms Ha�mmerel:
I received your zoning application (Keith Scherer) for a dwelling around the Chippewa flowage in the
Townslup of Ojibwa. On the 30�' of October 2000, I met with Rudi Construction and marked the area
outside the 100 foot buffer.
In this case the construction falls outside the 100-foot buffer covenant for structure restrictions held by the
Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. There are color, height, and exterior material type
restrictions that must be met, as the property falls within the 1,000-foot restriction buffer.
The restrictions r�ad as follows: " The exterior color of any structures which may be erected within the
buffer zone or on the property outside the buffer zone, including roofs and signs shall be natural wood
and earth tone color. No structure shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height. The resirictions imposed by
the preceding two sections sl�all apply to the subject property up to one thousand (1,000) feet landward
from the shvreline."
These three items must be made a requirement of the permit.
As such, the request is allowed to proceed.
