That on the order of ERNIE PRESTON, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the following described parcel of land
located in the SW 1/4 - SE 1!4 of Section 22, T. 41 N., R. 8 W., Town of Hayward, Sawyer County, Wisconsm.
To locate the Point of Beginning, commence at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 22; Thence, along the south
line of said Section, N 89° 24' 23" E, 33.62 feet to the easterly right of way line of Peninsula Road; Thence, leaving
