I found the information to be correct and I have signed the application. The concern that I have is the steep slope on the lakeside of the lot and the excavating tl�at will take place for the house. I do not know who will be doing the excavating,but they should be cautioned about this slope and that every precaution must be taken to ensure that there will be no erosion/sedimentation into the lake. Also,any grading/escavating activities that will result in more than 10,000 square feet of exposed soil may require permits from this office and the Department of Natural Resources.
