CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES)
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hesch:
Today I visited your property regarding a complaint that a house had been constructed
without the issue of a Land Use Permit. See the attached inspection report. The Sawyer
County Zoning Ordinance requires that a Land Use Permit be issued by this office for the
construction of structures larger than 100 square feet.
I have researched the permit files and I could not locate any documentation for the house.
Without the proper documentation there is a violation of the Sawyer County Zoning
Ordinance: Construction of the garage without a Land Use Permit- $393.50.
Please contact me by Monday, March 29, 1999 if you have copies of any documents from
this office authorizing the construction of the house. If I have not heard from you by that
date, I shall assume that the violation is valid and I will then issue the citation. My intent
is to issue the citation to the builder, Ed Hintz Jr., H and F Construction.
You are to cease any further construction activities on the property until this office has
issued the appropriate permits/approvals. Failure to cease construction activities will
result in the issue of daily citations in the amount of$393.50.
Permits/approvals will not be issued until any issued citations have been resolved.
Please contact this office if you have any questions or comments. Office hours are 8:00
A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
