Dear Mr. Granica:
During the process of reviewing the Application for Land Use Permit for the construction
of a 20' x 30' cabin, I observed that the Wetland Inventory Map for T 38N, R 06W
indicated the possibility of a wetland area near your property. I decided that I should visit
the property prior to issuing the permit.
Today I visited the above property and I observed that the cabin had already been
constructed. Obviously the cabin was built prior to the issue of the Land Use Permit.
The citation fee for violating this provision of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance is
$393.50. A citation will be issued for the violation.
Please contact this office if you have any questions or comments. Office hours are 8:00
A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
