Lot 4, S 36, T 40N, R 09W, Parcel :4.7, Town of Bass Lake, #002-940-36-5407; Violation - Construction of Steel Pipe Pilings for a Dwelling Without a Land Use Permit "Cease and Desist" all further construction until all necessary,required permits are obtained!! Dear Mr. and Mrs. Deanovic: On October 4, 1999 personnel from this office investigated a complaint that steel pili�gs had been constructed throughout the foundation area of your proposed dwelling. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the complaint was valid and that nineteen(19) pilings had been constructed and the contractors were installing more upon arrival. The construc�ion of the steel pilings without a Land Use Permit issued by this office is a violation of the Sawyer County Zoning Ordinance. A ciCation will be issued in the amount of $393.50. No further construction may commence until all necessary, required permits are obtained. If it is observed that any further constructio❑ takes place,this citation may be issued on a daily basis.
