I have enclosed the following documents with this letter:
• Inspection Report for the above property,
• "Variance Application."
Please review the variance application for correctness, sign it, and return it to this office
with a check in the amount of$250.00 made out to the "Sawyer County Zoning
Administration" by Friday,November 5, 1999 for hearings in December 1999.
Your application will be reviewed at two public hearings. The first hearing will held by
the Town of Round Lake at 6:30 P.M., Thursday, December 9, 1999. You should contact
Kathy McCoy, Clerk, Town of Round Lake at (715) 462-3723 to confirm this date.
The Sawyer County Board of Appeals will hold the second hearing at 7:00 P.M.,
Tuesday, December 21, 1999 in the Circuit Courtroom located in the Sawyer County
Courthouse. You or your representative should attend each hearing, especially the hearing
conducted by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals. Only the Board of Appeals can grant
the variance, the decision of the Town of Round Lake is advisory only.
It is your responsibility to convince the Board of Appeals to grant the variance(s) that you
have requested. Therefore, you should consider using any means at your disposal (i.e.,
photographs, drawings, a good verbal presentation, etc.) as you present your facts to the
Board.
