The required centerline road setback from Sissabagama Road for the proposed �arage addition is 63 feet. However, the garage will be constructed 56 feet from the centerline of the road. Therefore, the prior approval of a variance application by the Sawyer County Board of Appeals is required before construction can begin. I have enclosed a completed "Variance Application." Please review the application. and if cosect, sign it and retum it to this office with a check in the amount of $250.00 made out to the "Sawyer County Zoning Administration." The application and check must be in this office by 4:00 P.M., Friday, 06 December 1996, for public hearings in January 1997. I understand that there is the possibility that your real estate agent, Mr. Kurt Lofgren, may sign the application for you and remit the $250.00 to this oYfice today, Friday, Ol November 1996.
