This is owned by Gary and Margaret Trilk. The house is a non-conforming structure in that it is less than 75 feet from the ordinary high water mark. Because the house is non-conforming the 50% rule applies. In 1990 there was a permit issued to this property for an addition to the dwelling. The estimated fair market value at that time was $27,800. Construction cost was $12, 000, using 43% of the allowable 50%. That leaves 7% to work with. Currently, the estimated fair market value is $84,600.
