Jorgensen Construction Inc. (herein called the seller) proposes to furnish material and/or labor for the following remodel Alexander
residence at 10534W Hwy CC, Couderay, Wi to include excavation, concrete work(i.e.pour footings,block foundation) all framing of
roof, interior & exterior walls, including insulation & drywall. Shingles to be installed on the remodeled area. Most existing windows
& doors to be moved and used in remodeling. Removal of demo materials. (see page 2 for additional specifications)

CONTRACT STIPULATIONS
The seller shall not be responsible for delays in furnishing materials and/or erection of the above structure due to intervening causes
beyond the sellers control. Furthermore any costs, not anticipated, incurred because of property conditions, local ordinances or
regulations of private companies shall be added to the contract price by change order. The cost of specification changes made by the
buyer or seller after this agreement has been executed will be in writing and added to or deducted from the contract price.
It is agreed that page two specifications are a bonafide part of this agreement. Any additional plans and specifications referred to on
page two will also become part of the contract when initialed by both buyer and seller.
The buyer will furnish, without cost to seller unless otherwise agreed, the following items for use in construction of said building
and/or improvement: electric power for tools, fuel for winter heating, water for masonry work and a driveway suitable for truck
delivery.
