Appeals. The Boazd of Appeals would like your cooperation in stating the reasons or comments why you
approved, denied, or tabled the vaziance application.
Re: Sarah and Scott Wang
We denied Wang's request for the storage building on Condo unit �f2 because of the
limited lot size and the distance it is from where his cabin is now located.
We recommended it be located on Lot 12 of Block 2 which is 8 larQer lot and is
directly accross the road from his existing cabin.
The more isolated the storage building is from the cabin the more chance there could
be of someone else in the future owning only condo Unit ll2 with no residence, onlv a
storage building. This is what we and zoning want to avoid.

Your application for a variance will be considered at a Public Hearing before the
Sawyer County Zoning Board of Appeals on

This hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Hayward, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack
of information about the situation may result in unnecessary delay of a decision.

to this office directed to Arvid H. Vallem, Chairman of the Board of Appeals. This
statement should include a description of the general terrain; suttounding development;
your proposed intentions; and the purpose of the request. Photographs of the property
and/or buildings are requested. Explain the undue zoning hardship inflicted upon the
owner by conforming to the required minimum regulation, which induced the variance
request. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not constitute a zoning hardship.
