You requested this change of zone district so that you could operate a vacation rental office out of your residence. This office has received inquiries about the"business"activities taking place on your property and yesterday I observed a"DunBarkin Vacation Properties LLC"sign in the window of your home. This sign obviously gives the impression that a business is being operated out of the home,a business that was denied by both the Town of Hayward and the Sawyer County Zoning Committee and ratified by the Sawyer County Board of Supervisars. The sign must be removed or the questions concerning a business in the home will continue to be asked I am requesting that the sign be removed by Wednesday, July 28,2004.
