Re:Business Activities in Dwelling Located in the Agricultural One(A-1)Zone District
Dear Mr.Mason:
As you know,on July 15,2004 the Sawyer County Board of Supervisors ratified the
denial of your request to change the zone district of your property from Agricultural One
to Commercial One. You requested this change of zone district so that you could operate
a vacation rental office out of your residence.
This office has received inquiries about the"business"activities taking place on your
property and yesterday I observed a"DunBarkin Vacation Properties LLC"sign in the
window of your home. This sign obviously gives the impression that a business is being
operated out of the home,a business that was denied by both the Town of Hayward and
the Sawyer County Zoning Committee and ratified by the Sawyer County Board of
Supervisars. The sign must be removed or the questions concerning a business in the
home will continue to be asked I am requesting that the sign be removed by Wednesday,
July 28,2004.
Please contact this office if you have any questions or comments. Office hours are 8:00
A.M.to 4:00 P.M,Monday through Friday.

July 15, 2004, 7:00 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action
with the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part,
within thirty(30) days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.
