The parcel described above does not meet the requirements. The Zoning Administrator has determined that a Land Use Permit to build a cabin cannot be issued in this situation. In the Residential/Recreational One (RR-1) zone district, a parcel is required to be 100' wide and contain 20,000 square feet, about '/2 acre. An application to change the zone district is enclosed. If the signed application is returned with the $100 public hearing fee by Friday, December 5, 2003, the zone change request will be scheduled for public hearings in January, 2004.
