On March 17, 2006, the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your application for
change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
The SE '/4 NW '/4, S 21, T 37N, R 8W; Parcel 8.1. Document #326996. 40 acres total.
Change from District Forestry One to Dish-ict Agricultural Two. Purpose of request is for
hobby farming. No decision received from the Town Board.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the rezone application with the following
conditions: No feed lot on the property. No more than 10 animal units (1 animal unit = 1,000
pounds). No animals within 1,000 feet of Deer Lake.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee: IC would not be damaging to the rights of others or
property values.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisars must ratify the approval of the change in zone district
before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on April 18, 2006,
6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons
jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action with the Sawyer
County Board of Appeals to review the decision in whole or in part, within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the decision in the office of the Committee.

This Hearing will begin at 9:00 A.M. in the Sawyer County CouRhouse, 10610 Main
Street,Haywazd,Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing.A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present,please submit a written statement in caze
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and sunounding development. Photographs of the
property and/or buildings would be beneficial. Indicate the undue hardship inflicted upon
the owner by confornilng to the present zone district and the compatibility of the proposed
use with the surrounding land uses. Convenience and financial loss or gain does not
constitute zoning hazdship.
Your application will come before the Town Board for their review. Some
townships also have a Planning Commission. Please contact the Town Clerk,
