On, Friday, December 21, 2012 the Sawyer County Zoning Cottunittee approved your
application for change of zone district on the following described real estate to wit:
Town of Haywazd—Hayward Community Credit Union c/o Peter Koskinen.Lot 4,being
part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4,531,T 41N,R 9W;Parcel 4414.Doc#372093;CSM Volume
30 page 2.Property has 126 acres.Change from district Commercial One to district
Industrial One.Purpose of request is to conform to the proper zoning for the
manufacturing offumiture within an eacisting building,by the purchaser. The Commercial
One zone district does not allow for the manufacturing of any kind.The Town Board
approved the application with additional comments.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the application as submitted.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee:It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values and the expansion is good for economic development.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
January 17, 2013 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Board.
