On Friday, October 19, 2012 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the
application for change of zone district and conditional use on the following described real
estate to wit:
Town of Hayward-Brunberg Trust c/o David Brunberg.Par[of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4,S 19,T 4IN,
R 8W;Pad of Pazcel 1401.Site address is 10745N O'Brien Hill Road Doc#337122.
Approximately 15 acres to be rezoned out of 37.91 total acres.Change from district Agriwltural
One to disVict ResidentiaURecreational Two.The purpose of request is for the locatiou/operation
of a 20 site seasonal campground.
The Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved the appGcation with the following
conditions: Maximum of 20 camp sites; approval subject to Section 6.6 and 6.7 of
the Zoning Ordinance. It is strongly suggested that the road have a roadway
clearance of 20'and a height clearance of 16'for emergency vehicles.
Findings of Fact of the Zoning Committee:It would not be damaging to the rights of
others or property values.
The Sawyer County Boazd of Supervisors must ratify the approval of the change in zone
district before it becomes final. This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on
November 13, 2012 at 6:30 P.M., in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County
Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or
persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the County Board may commence an action in
the Circuit Court for Writ of Certiorari to review the legality of the decision within 30
days after the date the decision is ratified by the County Boazd.

at a Public Hearing before the Sawyer County Zoning Committee on: Friday, October
19, 2012.
This Hearing will begin at 8:30 A.M. in the Sawyer County Courthouse, 10610 Main
Street, Haywazd, Wisconsin.
It is recommended that either you or a representative be present at the Hearing. A lack of
information about the application may result in unnecessary delay of a decision. Failure to
appear may also result in the denial of the application.
If it is impossible for a representative be present, please submit a written statement in care
of this office directed to James Bassett, Chairman of the Zoning Committee. This
statement should include your proposed intentions, the purpose of the request, and a
description of the general terrain and surrounding development. Photographs of the
