Dear Mr.Czamik;
On Friday,April 19,2013 the Sawyer County Zoning Committee approved your request
to revise your Conditional Use Permit regazding the size of your storage building.
The Zoning Committee approved your request for a 46'a 48'(including the porch/lean-
to).
Their approval was based on the fact that the Conditional Use was for the construction of
the accessory building on vacant land and not the size of the structure. Since the Town
Board approved the application,the Committee didn't see any problems with the increase
in size.
Keep in mind that any person or persons jointly aggrieved by the decision of the Zoning
Committee may appeal the decision to the Sawyer County Board of Appeals to review the
legality of the decision within 30 days after the date of ttils notice.
