Motion by Nyberg to recommend the approval of the rezone and carry forward to the County Board,and
is consistent with the surrounding use.Second by Morgan. Roll call finds Morgan—yes,Buckholtz—yes,
eassett—yes,Nyberg—yes. All infavor.
Findings of Fact: It would not be damaging to the rights of others or property values. It is consistent with
surrounding uses and Town approval.
The Sawyer County Board of Supervisors must retify the approval of the change in zone district before it
becomes final.This will be scheduled for the County Board meeting on March 21,2019 at 6:30 P.M.,in
the Circuit Courtroom of the Sawyer County Courthouse.
This decision is a recommendation to the County Board of Supervisors. Any person or persons jointly
aggrieved by[he decision of the County Board may commence an action in the Circuit Court for Writ of

1/22/2019. Our mail was picked up today and found your certified letter.
We will not be able to attend the meeting. I trust you have a copy above for the February 15, 2019 meeting. The letter
details why we require the rezoning. The State of Wisconsin and we are pursuing this land exchange to resolve
