Site wi�l have a gravel base Iarge enough so that a semi transport will be able to drive in and around storage tank to unload with a singfe gravel driveway coming in off Hwy 70. A six foot high fence would be installed around the one end of the storege tank that has piping, pump,and electricai. A security ligh[will be installed so that the site will 6e illuminated at night. One to two trucks could be loading at this site per day during the cooler months, (Sept-March), and once to twice a week during the other months. There are no plans to put a building on this site. This is a level site with much open space on the south end of the property which is the proposed storage site.There should be minimal tree removal to accommodate our needs. A[the present time I am working with the State of Wisconsin on a permit to put in a driveway if a conditional use permit is approved and to make sure we have the proper setbacks from any wetiand that might be in the area.
