The department considers the setback distance of a 66'easement road the same as if it is a 66'town road and we consider fences as being"structures." The fence will need to be a minimum of 63'from the centerline or 30'from the right of way of the road. Even though you indicated the road as being the driveway and ending where you indicated,the easement road is a surveyed and mapped 66'road of record and therefore you must maintain the minimum setback distances from it.
