Since there has already been staff time devoted to finalizing your case I would not be able to refund your CUP.With that being said though the CUP has not gone out for publication and I can wave your Land Use Permit fee for the"storage building"I will still need you to submit for the Land Use Permit but I would not require an additional fee on it less the $30 restrictive covenants document you would need to record. What we want to do is what Jay suggested.Change the name on the deed from JAM Residential to match our cabin.
