This works for me.Both of the properties would need to be in the same form of ownership and you could then complete
the restrictive covenants document(attached).Once the restrictive covenants is recorded(or at the same time)would
also be able to submit for the Land Use Permit for that structure.We have already started working on your CUP request.
Since there has already been staff time devoted to finalizing your case I would not be able to refund your CUP.With that
being said though the CUP has not gone out for publication and I can wave your Land Use Permit fee for the"storage
building"I will still need you to submit for the Land Use Permit but I would not require an additional fee on it less the
$30 restrictive covenants document you would need to record.

Kathy as discussed I am withdrawing my CUP application.With the restriction of having to build within the three years
we cannot commit to that at this time.
What we want to do is what Jay suggested.Change the name on the deed from JAM Residential to match our cabin.
Then do the paperwork to do a restricted covenant therefore allowing the storage shelter to be constructed on that
vacant lot that is attached to the main cabin lot
Talked with Vinopal title and they are about 45-60 days out.But before I can do that we are waiting for final sign off by
the township vacating Sand bar lane as it only serves my two lots.That has to be signed off first otherwise all the
paperwork that has been done over the last year would be null and void

Just want to confirm Jay is ok with this and the timeframe that may be in play

1) The construction of a single accessory structure on vacant property may be allowed
under this subsection by Conditional Use with mandatory conditions required on
approval for the following:
a) that within 3 years a Land Use Permit for a principal dwelling be applied for, and
b) the principal dwelling to be built within the permit time frame on the same parcel,
and
c) that failure to build principal structure will result in citation and order for removal of
accessory structure, and
d) approval by Town and Zoning Committee.
