In order to accept this application, this office requires confirmation in the form of a copy of your letter from DOT, that a driveway permit would be issued if the variance is approved. It will also be necessary to stake the driveway site. Then our Code Enforcement Officer can make accurate measurements and if necessary we can adjust the warding on the variance application. If the signed application and DOT letter are returned with the variance fee of$250.00 by Friday, January 4, 2002, your application will be scheduled for public hearings in February.
