BOX 6�6 Hayward, WI 54843 Dear Deb, I have reviewed the building permit application for Mr. Peter Suttle, parcel #012-640-06-2203 identified as being in the Wii2 of the NWtia of section 6, Town 40N, Range 6W, and E�i2 of the NEii4 of Section 1 , Town 40N, Range 7W in the Town of Hunter. This property is located within a 100 foot Buffer Zone area as measured from the 1313 msl. contour and would be subject to the restrictions therein. As such, no structures are allowed within the 100 foot buffer and there are limitations on vegetation cutting and rock placement. Additional restrictions extend 1,000 feet landward from the 1313 line which require that the exterior color of the building be natural wood and earth tone color, and less than 35 feet in height. It appears from the application plan that the deck structure and enclosed porch will be located just outside of the 100-ft. setback line. Mr. Suttle is allowed to continue with his building project so long as construction remains in compliance with the Chippewa Flowage covenant restrictions specified in the property deed.
