I have reviewed the buildiqg permit application for the Paul and Kay Ryan property having a pazcel
identified as Unit 7, Haycreek Acres Condo, located in the SW-SW, Section 6,Town 40 No,th, Rsnge 6
West. The;r property is located within rhe Buffer zone areas and is subject to the restrictions therein.
Their property is subject to a bufFer resuiction wfiich extends 1,00o feet land ward from the lake and
would encompass the new dwelling. The restrictions rcquire that tha building be earth tone in color and
natural wood. In eddition the building must not exceed 35 feet in height.
If these conditions are met the permit may be issued.
