condominium, approves of the proposed construction of an addition to unit #5. The
members of the Association have agreed to implement a lakeshore restoration program,
which was submitted to the Sawyer County Land and Water Conservation Department
and approved by that department in a letter dated September 23, 2004. Therefore, we
respectfully request that you issue a land use permit to the owners of unit #5, so that they
may proceed with their construction project.
